The Vattakottai Fort in Kanyakumari, India is a popular tourist attraction that is open from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM every day. The entrance fee is INR 10 for Indian citizens and INR 100 for foreigners. Unfortunately, there does not appear to be an official website for the fort.
Visitors to the area can also explore other nearby attractions such as the Vivekananda Rock Memorial, which is open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and can be reached by ferry. The Thiruvalluvar Statue, located near the memorial, is also worth a visit and can be accessed by the same ferry. The Suchindram Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is another popular destination and is open from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
